This is the book I’m currently reading. Dolores Canon is a hypnotist who uses hypnotism to help Starseeds who are in the process of awakening to their role as cosmic beings or entities sent to Earth and born as humans to help raise the vibrational frequency of the planet. It goes into detail about the prime directive of non-inteference, past life regressions, the upcoming planetary shift, and what the New Earth will be like. Definitely an interesting read.
